Welcome to Maha Devi Retreats Colombia! By booking a retreat or tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings with Maha Devi Retreats Colombia require full payment at the time of reservation. Payment is accepted via credit card. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties, payments are non-refundable except under the conditions specified below.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
Cancellation Notice: If you provide a written cancellation notice at least 5 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, you are eligible for a refund, minus a $200 USD transaction and administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Fees:
If cancellations are made outside of the 5-week window, the deposit will not be refunded. Instead, participants will receive personal credit that can be applied to any future retreat with Maha Devi Retreatts Colombia within 24 months.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Participants:
In case of a cancellation, the amount of deposit that will be converted into personal credit depends on the timing of the cancellation:
4+ Weeks Notice: 100% of the deposit is transferable as personal credit.
2-4 Weeks Notice: 80% of the deposit is transferable as personal credit.
17 Days Notice: 60% of the deposit is transferable as personal credit.
16 Days or Less Notice: No deposit will be transferable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for last-minute cancellations (within 16 days) or no-shows. The full retreat price will be charged to the original payment method.
Personal Credit:
Personal credit can be applied toward any future retreat at any Maha Devi Retreats Colombia location within 24 months. If the future retreat's price exceeds the original retreat's price, the participant is responsible for covering the difference.
Personal credits are transferable to third parties, provided that the credit is used for a new reservation. Credits may not be used to settle outstanding balances for other participants' bookings.
4. Early Departure
If a participant chooses to leave the retreat early for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining days of the retreat. Participants are also responsible for any additional transportation costs required to return to the nearest city.
5. Cancellation by Maha Devi Retreats Colombia
In the unlikely event that Maha Devi Retreats Colombia must cancel a retreat, participants will receive a full refund, including the $200 USD transaction and administrative fee, or may choose to apply the payment as a credit toward a future retreat.
6. Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or personal emergencies, which may affect your ability to attend the retreat.
Maha Devi Retreats Colombia is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellations, delays, or missed flights and strongly recommends that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Terms of Service
By using our website and booking services with Maha Devi Retreats Colombia, you agree to our terms of service, which outline how we operate and engage with customers. This includes the following:
Privacy and Confidentiality: Maha Retreats Retreats Colombia is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any personal information you provide will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of your booking and communications.
Website Usage: Our website is intended for use by individuals seeking information about our retreats and booking services. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or malicious activities, including hacking, data mining, or sending spam.
Content Ownership: All content on the Maha Devi Retreats Colombia website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Maha Devi Retreats Colombia. You may not use, distribute, or copy this content without express written permission.
Changes to Services: Maha Devi Retreats Colombia reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our retreats or services without prior notice. We will make every effort to inform clients of any significant changes that may impact their booking
8. Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that participation in retreats may involve inherent risks. By booking a retreat, participants agree to release and hold harmless Maha Devi Retreats Colombia, its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise during or after the retreat.
